Moving to a new country with unfamiliar surroundings and people can take a toll on your body physically, mentally, and emotionally – it’s okay to seek advice and help when trying to cope with your situation whether you’ve been in Mexico for two weeks or two years.

Gringos in Paradise suggests tips  to help you acclimate and conquer expat stress in 15 different ways.

One of the first things you need to do is let go of the small stuff. Other tips talked about include exercising, initiating meet-ups, staying away from negative people, etc.  Look over the list and remember to take it one step at a time.
