Drawing on my previous post, here’s a blog for Pati’s Mexican Table. She’s featured different mouthwatering recipes, I can’t wait to try and make “crunchy sweet corn on a stick, brushed with butter and mayo, coated in tangy and salty crumbled queso fresco, sprinkled with chile powder, coarse salt and a liberal squeeze of lime juice.” The side dish with a twist sounds perfect for a summer BBQ or July 4th.
