Story: Flying as an Woman Expat with Babies

6 Sep

I stumbled upon this story of an expat woman traveling with her toddler and her experience on the plane, being seated next to a grouchy, unstable passenger.  I know that sitting next to a baby is not my first option on a flight, but never would I even consider acting aggressive towards him/her and the family. The expat story asks whether or not flights should consider “assign[ing] a woman passenger next to a child or a person travelling with a child and reduce the risk.”

Any expats have thoughts on this?
