From the Latin America News Dispatch, “Gay Couples Can Adopt In Mexico City, But They Aren’t Applying,” raises an interesting question of how accepting is Mexico’s environment towards the gay community. The article also points out that “more than 1,000 gay couples have married in Mexico City since the new law took effect in December 2009.”Any Mexico City expats have a take on this?
