Embracing the Diversity of Mexican Food

Mexican food doesn’t only come in the form of tacos, burritos, fajitas, and rice and beans (as I’ve discovered!).  Now the world is starting to discover the diverse offerings of Mexican cuisine as more restaurants embrace Mexico’s culinary roots. Mexico Today offers a look at the world-renowned chefs who are starting to take notice of Mexican cuisine as well as the reason behind Mexico’s advance in the culinary world.
