This 2011, the Riviera Maya Jazz Festival introduced to the world a line-up of internationally renowned jazz musicians and singers. Nestled away in the jungle of the Yucatan Peninsula, the Riviera Maya celebrated its ninth annual Jazz Festival, an event that has been referred to by Condé Nast as “Mexico’s most fashionable getaway.”

Annual Ice-Skating Rink in Mexico City’s Zócalo

Every year Mexico City puts up an ice-skating rink that takes over part of the historic downtown center, the Zócalo. This looks like so much fun! The rink officially opened on December 4 and will stay open open until January 7, 2012. Best of all, it’s free admission!
