What Cultural Aspect is Officially Recognized by the UNESCO as a Part of Intangible Mexican Heritage?

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization has recognized elements of Mexican heritage on previous occasions. “In 2008, the organization recognized Mexico’s traditional Day of the Dead celebration and in 2010, traditional Mexican food was added to the ever-expanding Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity list.”
